Dining room lighting should be both beautiful and functional.

Don’t be afraid to be different when choosing general lighting over the table. Consider pendants or multiple mini-chandeliers.
The chandelier is the focal point of the dining room. It serves as a decorative style element that enhances the beauty of fine furnishings. If equipped with a downlight, the chandelier can also provide task lighting for the table and accent lighting for a centerpiece.
A buffet or sideboard can be flanked with wall sconces or buffet lamps. Choose fixtures that complement the style of your chandelier.
Recessed downlights around the dining table can supplement the light from the chandelier, while providing accent lighting for your tableware.
The pure white light of LED or low-voltage fixtures with halogen bulbs can make your crystal and silverware sparkle.
Accent displayed objects with recessed downlights installed in the ceiling.
Add drama to a special picture with recessed adjustable accent fixtures.
Don’t forget to add LED tape lighting behind perimeter coves, inside tray ceiling and around the millwork of a coffered ceiling
